Sons of the Forest

At that day when the Gentiles shall sin against the gospel, having rejected the fullness of His gospel, lifting themselves up in the pride[1] of their hearts above the whole earth.[2] He will remember His covenant that He has made with His people, the House of Israel.[3] He will bring the gospel from among the Gentiles, or in other words, He will take the gospel from them and give it unto the remnant of Jacob and the remnant of the House of Jacob, the Indians, and lost tribes.[4] And in that day, the priesthood and power of God will no longer be with the Gentiles, but with the remnant, and the Gentiles will not have power (priesthood) over them[5].

Last Shall Be First and the First Shall be Last

1 Nephi 13:42

“42 And the time cometh that he shall manifest himself unto all nations, both unto the Jews and also unto the Gentiles; and after he has manifested himself unto the Jews and also unto the Gentiles, then he shall manifest himself unto the Gentiles and also unto the Jews, and the last shall be first, and the first shall be last.”

Jew, Gentile | Gentile, Jew

These are the four distinct periods of the priesthood authority and stewardship. As stated previously in other posts, it is by covenant and promise, that the fullness of the gospel with all its rights, powers, privileges and priesthood be given back to the remnant of the Jews. Who is identified as the Indians, the remnant of Jacob and the remnant of the House of Jacob, and all this for the last time. The Gentile having rejected it the second time as with the first. The Indians have a right to it by lineage.[6]

And in that Day

“The despised and degraded son of the forest, who has wandered in dejection and sorrow, and suffered reproach, shall then drop his disguise, and stand forth in manly dignity, and exclaim to the Gentiles who have envied and sold him: Joseph: does my father yet live?” Or, in other words: I am a descendant of that Joseph who was sold into Egypt. You have hated me, and sold me, and thought I was dead. But lo! I live, and am heir to the inheritance, titles, honors, priesthood, sceptre, crown, throne, and eternal life and dignity of my fathers who live for evermore.” [sic] [7]

Sons of the Forest like unto a Lion

The remnant of Jacob shall be like unto a young Lion in the forest[8], they shall be among the Gentiles and they shall be clothed with power, dignity, and righteousness.

“He [the Indian] shall then be ordained, washed, anointed with holy oil and arrayed in fine linen, even in the glorious and beautiful garments and royal rob of the high priesthood, which is after the order of the Son of God; and shall enter into the congregation of the Lord, even into the Holy of Holies, there to be crowned with authority and power which shall never end.

The Spirit of the Lord shall then descend upon him, like the dew upon the mountains of Hermon, and like refreshing showers of rain upon the flowers of Paradise.

His heart shall expand with knowledge, wide as eternity; and his mind shall comprehend the vast creations of his God, and His eternal purpose of redemption, glory, and exaltation, which was devised in heaven before the worlds were organized; but made manifest in these last days, for the fulness of the Gentiles, and for the exaltation of Israel.” [sic] [7]

If the Gentiles after having received such a great blessing at the hand of the Lord, and having rejected the fullness of His gospel, shall repent, they shall be numbered among the House of Israel,[10] and they shall assist in the great work and the building up of Zion with the remnant of Jacob[11]. However, the Lord has warned if they do not repent, the Lord will cause the Sons of the Forest, to go forth among them[12] as a Lion and there will be NONE to deliver them[13], though they may cry out to God for deliverance He shall not hear them.

~My Plea~

If you my brothers and sisters, the blood of my blood, will come in remembrance of the Lord you will come to a knowledge of Him and who you are, and of our ancestors, as I have. You will know of the great sacrifices of our fathers, the covenants and promises they received on our behalf. They speak to us, they speak to you from this book, The Book of Mormon, they speak to us from above and from within, if you will enter in by the way, that Great Spirit will show you ALL things that you must do and guide you on the path to find Him.

Sons of the Forest, do you not hear that great God who whispers your name as the wind whispers through the trees calling out to you, can you hear Him speaking to your heart and soul. Enter in at His gate, enter in by the way into living waters and remember, LOOKUP, and see that He is watching and waiting for you to return to Him.

Awake and arise as the Sun rises and the Glory of the Lord shall rest upon you and never set.

“There is one clause in Brother Joseph’s letter which you may not understand; that is this, “If the people of Zion did not repent, the Lord would seek another place, and another people.” Zion is the place where the temple will be built, and the people gathered, but all people upon that holy land being under condemnation, the Lord will cut off, if they repent not, and bring another race upon it, that will serve Him. The Lord will seek another place to bring forth and prepare his word to go forth to the nations, and as we said before, so we say again. Brother Joseph will not settle in Zion, except she repent, and serve God, and obey the new covenant.” [sic] (H of C, v1. pg. 316, 320).
